Because our products are digital downloads and digital services, all sales are generally final once the order has been delivered, the download link has been provided, or the files have been accessed.
No Returns on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns of downloaded files, including but not limited to:
- stream overlays
- animated alerts
- stingers and transitions
- widgets
- Discord templates
- digital graphics
- other downloadable streaming assets
Refund Eligibility
We may issue a full or partial refund only in the following situations:
- you were charged more than once for the same order
- the file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded
- the product you received is significantly different from the product description
- there is a technical issue on our side that prevents proper use of the product, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
- your order was canceled before any files were delivered or accessed
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For
We do not issue refunds for:
- accidental purchases
- change of mind after purchase
- lack of software knowledge or inability to use third-party programs
- failure to read the product description, requirements, or compatibility information before purchase
- preference-based reasons such as not liking the style, colors, or design after download
- requests made after the files have been downloaded, accessed, saved, or used, except where the files are defective or materially not as described

Unauthorized Use
